The leave certificate is issued by the employing organization according to the following rules:

A vacation certificate is an official document issued by the employing organization. As a rule, this paper indicates the period during which the employee will be on annual paid leave.

There are several most common situations when there is a need to obtain this type of document:

  1. Form of certificate of leave from work -
    if a citizen is planning to fly abroad on vacation, then in order to obtain a visa from a foreign country, the consulate will require this certificate from him;

  2. if an employee simultaneously works at another part-time job and wants the start and end dates of leave for the main and non-main places of work to coincide;

The certificate of leave contains such information that will allow this document to perform the standard functions of a certificate of employment, but with additional information. For registration to go smoothly, the paper must contain the following information:

  1. Full name of the organization where the employee works.
  2. Date and originating number.
  3. Full name of the employee.
  4. The average monthly income of a worker, as well as his position.
  5. The period for providing regular annual leave with pay, taking into account the preservation of the job.
  6. The leave certificate must contain your registration number, signatures of the business manager and accountant.
  7. If possible, it is necessary to affix the company seal.

As such, there is no template for a certificate from the employer about being on vacation, but on the Internet you can find an example of a form to fill out, which is used most often by organizations.

For women who are going on maternity leave, a similar certificate will also be required. In this case, there are several mandatory details, without which the paper will not have any legal force.
