In cases where the leave does not contradict the agreement signed upon admission or the Charter of the institution, parents can rest assured that the child’s place will be retained.

Typically, it is not recommended to miss more than 75 days in a year without a certificate of illness.

But there are situations when the head or teachers refuse to grant leave to the child.

What to do in such a situation?

Write an application addressed to the manager in 2 copies.
On your copy, put the number of incoming correspondence in the organization’s office.
Ask for the refusal to be written in writing with justification for its reasons.
Contact a competent lawyer.

In the case when parents ask for leave for a child for the first time in a year, the head cannot refuse to grant it.

If the total amount of time when a preschooler did not attend kindergarten exceeds 70 days, then the child’s legal representatives may be denied further stay at home.

Parents will be asked to write an application for expulsion or pay for days of absence on a general basis so as not to lose their place.
