What is needed for this

What payments are due?

The maximum payment is four thousand nine hundred rubles, and the minimum is eight hundred fifty rubles. The amount has remained unchanged for seven years, and is paid and regulated by law. But payments will depend on the unemployed person’s length of service, work experience, whether there have been any layoffs, etc.

According to the rules, the first quarter of the year, payments will be three-quarters of the average salary, then for four months the benefit will be sixty percent of the average salary, and the remaining five months will be forty-five percent.

Plus to all this there are also regional allowances and coefficients. However, payments cannot exceed the legal maximum. Remember, payments will be paid exactly for a year, except in exceptional cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Documents for registration

Before going to the Center, it is better to immediately take care of the full set of documents that will be asked of you. The list of documents is as follows:

passport;
employment history;
all diplomas and certificate of secondary education;
an extract from the previous place of work, which contains information about the average salary for the last three months;

Upon dismissal, a typical income certificate is issued in form 2-NDFL. This won't work here. The form for the required certificate is available at the labor exchange. A pregnant woman can receive unemployed status

And don't believe anyone if they tell you otherwise. Nobody has yet canceled the state’s loyalty to a pregnant woman. The laws in our country stipulate that an employer does not have the right to refuse a job to a woman on the grounds that she is pregnant. But often, managers find a thousand and one reasons not to hire her.

There are no such loopholes in the Center. No one can refuse to register a woman with a position at the labor exchange without a compelling reason. The citizen must provide a standard package of documents. If a pregnant woman worked no more than 6 months ago, she must provide a salary certificate. She will receive an allowance. If she didn’t work, the help from the state will be small - only 850 rubles, plus regional coefficients. Once the baby is born, the state will make regular payments to his mother for child care until he is one and a half years old. There is already a direct path to the social protection authorities. The center assumes obligations for the unemployed
