- Cadastral passport for an apartment or other premises . Such a document is drawn up on an A4 sheet. - Land plot passport . This document often consists of four parts, but more often the information is presented in two forms. Each of them includes certain data about the object:
- the mandatory form B.1 contains information about the ownership of the land, the area of the plot and the boundaries of permitted use, the cadastral number and value, and the date of creation of the document.
- Forms B.2, B.3 are used if there are any encumbrances of the site with the rights of third parties, documented.
- In practice, there are also forms B.5, B.6, which are not included in the structure of the cadastral passport, but are compiled if necessary.
Form B.2 is drawn up if land surveying has previously taken place, where the plot and its boundaries are shown using a drawing.
