If a serviceman needs to go on planned annual leave, then one cannot do without drawing up a special document. The application must be completed correctly, otherwise it will be impossible to provide another vacation. The order of writing, structure and content of the document
To approve a request to go on leave, an employed civilian must draw up an appropriate application according to the generally accepted template. The same applies to persons performing military service under a contract in any of the military branches.
The structure of the report must be followed:

These are not maximum limits. For service in unfavorable climatic conditions, additional days of leave are granted:

A serviceman has the right to return from leave earlier than the established period. In such a situation, a report is submitted on the arrival of the serviceman from vacation.
Report on military leave under contract
A report is a special statement for military personnel under a contract with a request to receive time off. The document is written by a military man who is a member of one or another army. It indicates the reasons why time off is needed, the number of days, rest time and other details. - Wives were also given time off;
- Received serious bodily injuries during the performance of official duties;

Providing time off to military personnel is a mandatory procedure. If a serviceman has used it within one calendar year, then he has the right to one more rest with subsequent dismissal from the military unit. This is defined in law number 342. the last resolution of which was November 30, 2011.
Leave for personal reasons of military personnel
Leave may be granted for personal reasons. For the answer to be positive, additional documents must be attached. The rules here are standard. Legislative regulation of the issue

Registration of sick leave has always been a difficult task, and in the case of military personnel the situation is even more complicated, since these people do not simply serve the allotted time in the office and return home to “recover.” They repay their debt to the Motherland, and their physical and moral condition is the key to the normal functioning of the country’s defense complex. - Medical institutions. Military personnel do not go to regular clinics and hospitals to make diagnoses, receive therapy and medications. - Document on incapacity for work. Sick leave certificates are not issued to those liable for military service. How to properly write a leave report

If a military man studies at a university or college, the command must provide study leave. Federal Law No. 76-FZ of May 27, 1998 provides the opportunity to study and receive paid leave:
- contract officers (full-time, part-time, part-time forms);
- contract soldiers who do not have the status of “officer” with continuous service of 3 years (full-time, part-time, part-time).
Conscript employees do not have the right to such training.

- reference to legislative norms that allow you to qualify for rest;

Returning to work after vacation
Interruption of rest is a fairly common phenomenon in the army. Every soldier should know about this. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the law stipulates that exit before the deadline is carried out only with the consent of the military. The command of the unit is obliged to notify the serviceman in any available and prompt way.
Upon arrival at the unit, the citizen writes a report indicating his consent to enter the service. The document indicates the fact of interruption, the duration of the remaining part, which will be added to the next vacation, as well as the place, city, region from which the citizen arrived. He will be able to begin performing his duties only after the relevant order is issued.
Registration of the main vacation
The main leave is assigned annually and can be divided into several stages. The total duration for those starting to serve under a contract is 30 days. But after five years of service, this period begins to increase. The maximum number of days paid by the state is 45. As for the structure of the document, sections can be distinguished here:
- duration, since vacation can be divided into parts;
- start date excluding travel time;
- region of stay and approximate travel time;
- a list of family members with whom you plan to leave;
- the need to provide financial assistance;
- Substitution options for absences.

Military leave
Registration of leave for military personnel is subject to general labor standards. If a vacation period is taken at an unplanned time or days at one’s own expense, then the employee himself submits a report with an express request for a vacation. If the vacation period is taken according to the schedule, then rapport is not needed. An obligatory component when registering is an order. The issuance of an order is the element that gives the right to go on vacation. In addition, it is the order that allows the accounting department to calculate compensation payments and transfer them to the vacationer. According to the general rules, the calculation is calculated in advance, before the start of the vacation itself, and is paid three days before its start.
- Diagnosed serious illness of a relative. Relatives include wife/husband, father, mother, spouse's parents, children, siblings, as well as adoptive parents or trustees.
- Death of close relatives.
- If the family or previously listed relatives of a citizen serving in a military unit suffered a misfortune in the form of a fire, flood or other natural disaster.

Taking leave based on family circumstances
A family serviceman is bound by certain obligations to relatives, so if unforeseen circumstances arise, he can count on being granted additional leave. It all starts again with filling out a report, only you have to write that the appeal is due to family circumstances. Such a report does not provide for payment for days spent outside the unit, but may lead to the allocation of a one-time payment.
The reason may be the death or serious illness of a relative, as well as natural disasters requiring personal presence. The structure of a correctly drawn up report is no different from the previous one, but as documentary evidence of motivation you will have to attach a telegram of a call or a death certificate of a close relative. The duration of leave is limited to 10 days, but can be extended on a personal basis for a period that is negotiated with the command.
Consideration of the issue of granting leave due to the formation of a new family requires special attention. A wedding in all organizations is regarded as the beginning of the emergence of a social unit, and therefore is considered a valid reason. Even if the contract soldier has used all the time off he is entitled to, the commander has no moral right to refuse to leave for the wedding.
