How to write an order correctly

Now we will look in detail at how to correctly compose an order. First of all, the date of preparation is indicated, you need to write down the number of this official document, enter the name of the organization or department.

Orders begin with the wording “provide leave.” It is indicated who exactly goes on vacation. In the dative case the surname, first name, and patronymic of the employee are written. For example: Vakhrusheva Maria Nikolaevna. Then, in the appropriate fields, write down the name of the department and the position held by the employee. Indicate his specialty, profession. If you use the personal card of a working citizen as a sample, all information will be as accurate as possible.

Then you need to pay attention to the line where the specific working period is indicated. Lines A, B, C should be filled out in accordance with the type of vacation planned. We have the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. According to it, any employee has the opportunity to rest every year, while receiving monetary compensation, for 28 calendar days. The issue is resolved by the manager individually if the employee has not worked for 12 months. For example, bosses are often ready to give their subordinates paid time off if they have worked for at least 6 months. Then this must be indicated under the letter B. In our example, the most common option is annual basic paid leave (letter A).

Then all that remains is to sign the document. The order is certified with signatures not only by the manager, but also by the employee himself. The document is sent to the accounting department, human resources department, so it must be prepared in two copies .

How to digitize videotapes with high quality

We digitize video cassettes using professional equipment, which is connected to a personal computer via a video capture device (video cassettes are re-recorded in uncompressed DV format (one hour of such video takes about 12.5 GB) in order to preserve the best image and sound quality when digitizing video cassettes). Next, the video is processed by software filters to improve image and sound quality and converted into the format ordered by the client (DVD-Video, avi, divX, xvid, mov, mpeg2, mkv, h264).

Recording digitized videotapes to disk

After the digitized video has been processed and converted into the required format, we record the finished video onto DVD discs. One DVD disc holds different amounts of digitized video material depending on the type of video. For example, a standard video in DVD-Video format, which will be played on absolutely any DVD player, takes up 4.7 Gigabytes, the duration of such a video will be a maximum of 70 minutes. This is the generally accepted global standard for recording DVD discs with the highest quality (HQ). Also, a digitized videotape can be recorded on a DVD disc as a file in Avi formats (using divx or xvid compression codecs). In this format, about 3 hours of digitized video fit on one 4.7 GB DVD.

It is especially worth noting that recording a digitized videotape onto a DVD is the most reliable way to preserve your memories. Information recorded on a DVD disc can be stored for decades if carefully stored and used. Not a single flash drive or hard drive will last that long.

Why do you need order T-6a if there is form T-6?

Form T-6, indeed, can be used in absolutely all cases when it comes to issuing an administrative document on leave for employees. But it has one drawback - you can apply for leave on the T-6 form only for one employee.

This is certainly not a problem for a small or even medium-sized enterprise. But in large industries, people go on vacation in entire departments - and “detachment” of everyone on vacation using a personalized order is not always advisable from the point of view of labor costs: it is inconvenient to take into account many orders, there are risks of delaying their timely preparation: if a special form of notification of vacation is not used , the order must be issued 2 weeks before the person goes on vacation, otherwise - a fine under Art. 5.27 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

However, there may be various specific scenarios for the use of the T-6a form. So, sometimes it is optimal to use it to send one employee on vacation. For example, if his vacation is based on two independent working years, when days of unpaid vacation are accumulated for different periods.

It is impossible to combine two working years - this contradicts the norm of providing one vacation per one working year in accordance with the Rules approved by the CNT of the USSR on April 30, 1930 No. 169.

In turn, the specificity of the personalized T-6 form is that by default it cannot reflect two periods - without making adjustments to the document (while the procedure for its implementation involves issuing a separate order by the head, and then also entering the updated form into accounting policy).

Recording digitized video on a flash drive

The durability and reliability of flash drives leaves much to be desired, and the safety of the video on the flash drive cannot be guaranteed. A fairly large amount of digitized video can be recorded on a flash drive (up to several tens of hours), this depends on its volume, which currently averages from 8 to 64 Gigabytes. The advantages of recording to a flash drive include the fact that viewing digitized video from a flash drive is possible on modern smart TVs with a USB input for connecting external drives. Also, playback of digitized video material is possible on netbooks and laptops without a built-in DVD drive.

Forms of order for granting leave to an employee

There are 2 unified forms of a standard vacation form - No. T-6 and No. T-6a - in accordance with Goskomstat Resolution No. 1 dated January 5, 2004.

The vacation order form T-6 is used when applying for vacation for one employee, T-6a - for several .

These vacation order forms are not mandatory since 2013 . An organization may not use a standard form. In this case, they create their own templates, which must contain the required details. These include:

  • the name of the document itself;
  • date of its registration;
  • contents of the order - information about who is granted leave and for what duration.

When you fill out an order for leave without pay (sample 2021), pay attention to the following columns:

  • name and eight-digit code of the organization according to OKPO;
  • order number and registration date (precisely registration, although it is written to be filled out, since you can fill it out today and approve it tomorrow);
  • FULL NAME. employee;
  • the period of his work for which days of rest are provided;
  • type of vacation and number of calendar days;
  • signature column when reading the order.

The main blocks that must be filled out and require special attention are marked with the letters A (annual basic paid), B (other types of vacation) and C (total number of calendar days).
