Who is developing the order?

As you know, the director is responsible for the system of preserving the life and health of workers during their work at the enterprise, which means that he can prepare an order for the issuance of special clothing himself. But, as practice shows, he appoints a person responsible for labor protection, who must develop a draft document in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. Next, he submits the finished document to the director for signature.

In addition to the director’s signature, the document must contain the signatures of all employees appearing in it.

Sample order for personal protective equipment in an organization

I ORDER:

  1. Approve the “List of professions and positions entitled to receive free workwear, safety footwear and other personal protective equipment in the LLC (Appendix No. 1).
  2. Establish the following procedure for issuing workwear, safety footwear and other personal protective equipment to the LLC:

What information should be displayed in the document

The document itself does not have a unified form, but it must indicate:

  • Title of the document;
  • date of its preparation;
  • registration number;
  • the city where the document was drawn up;
  • the wording is spelled out - “In order to provide working personnel with free specially designed clothing, shoes and other PPE in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated 01.01.2009 No. 290n... (full name of the order) I ORDER”;
  • main text;
  • Full name of the person responsible for executing the order;
  • signatures of all persons indicated in the document plus a transcript;
  • seal impression.

As for the main text, the following wording should be present:

  1. Approve... (full name of the standard standard for issuing workwear) for... (name of the structural part of the unit in the organization).
  2. Establish the following procedure for issuing specially designed clothing:
      Purchase workwear in accordance with approved standards.
  3. All specially designed items must be issued to working personnel in accordance with their gender, height, size and conditions of the work activity performed.

Order to issue personal protective equipment to workers

Important: PPE returned by employees after the wear period has expired, but suitable for further use, can be used for its intended purpose after carrying out (if necessary) care measures (washing, cleaning, disinfection, degassing, decontamination, dust removal, decontamination and repair).
The suitability of the specified PPE for further use, including the percentage of wear of the PPE, is determined by an official authorized by the employer or the organization's labor protection commission (if any) and recorded in a personal record card for the issuance of PPE. 13. Mistakes that experts most often make

It happens that when drawing up a document, a specialist makes mistakes. Here are the most basic ones:

  • the name of the organization is written incorrectly;
  • the date, month or year are written incorrectly or not written at all;
  • registration number is not indicated;
  • the part of the structural unit that needs to be provided with special clothing is not indicated;
  • positions are not indicated in the introduction column;
  • Various amendments have been made;
  • the main text is written in handwriting that is very difficult to read;
  • Employees' names are written incorrectly;
  • there are a lot of spelling errors in the text;

How to eliminate mistakes that were made when drawing up a document

To correct errors and omissions in the document, you need the following:

  1. Rework the document. This method is relevant when errors have been found:

  • name of company;
  • date of preparation and order number;
  • Full name, position of the manager approving the document.

The order must appoint someone responsible for providing workers with protective equipment and specify his responsibilities:

It is important to note that standard standards may not always be applicable. Sometimes they may be missing some profession.
