Who certifies the document and how?

If the employee fails

In addition to the characteristics, the employee being certified is asked questions about his profile. However, the questions are standard and the answers can be memorized.

If the commission receives a negative reference for consideration, and the employee cannot intelligibly answer the questions asked of him, the commission will make only one decision: he is not suitable for the position held.

General recommendations
