Important details:

It is also necessary to remember that if the family has already applied for and received a tax deduction at the time of purchase, it will have to be returned. This is 58,500 rubles - 13% of the allocated amount of 450,000 rubles. But you won’t have to pay income tax on the subsidy either.

  • a house in the Russian Federation, new or purchased on the secondary market;
  • apartment both in a new building and on the secondary market;
  • land plot on which individual construction is proposed;

But remember that the subsidy is not given for building materials, even if all other conditions are met exactly. Only finished living space.

Otherwise, the requirements for housing are the same as when receiving a mortgage. This must be a living space in a non-emergency building, with gas, electricity and water supplied.

What documents need to be collected for state support?
