The legislative framework
The issue of social security and various kinds of state guarantees for families with children and the poor is very extensive. It is regulated by a large number of laws and even more regulations.

If the subsidy provided for the second child has expired, and a third child appears in the family before 2023, mortgage benefits will be renewed for 5 years from the date of his birth. The total subsidy period will last 8 years.
In addition, since 2019, with the birth of a third child, the family has the right to repay the mortgage amount in the amount of up to 450 thousand rubles.
