Based on the analysis of Russian legislation, any conditions that are not prohibited by law can be included in the contract, provided that the parties to the contract agree with them.

An employment contract is no exception. It can also set forth conditions that are not provided for by the Labor Code, but are not prohibited by it. However, the conditions should relate only to labor relations.
