In any company, unforeseen situations may arise in which an employee is injured or injured. As a result, registration of an accident is required, in which a specialist can count on compensation. Article 228 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation contains basic information about the rules for implementing this process. The employer must not only prepare the necessary documents, but also notify government authorities about the accident.

First aid to the victim

In almost any accident, assistance to the victim is needed - be it bleeding, injuries, wounds to the abdomen and chest, broken bones and thermal burns, hypothermia or frostbite.
First aid is a set of medical and organizational measures carried out with the victim(s) at the scene of the incident. The goals of first aid are to eliminate and prevent the development of conditions that may threaten the life and health of victims and others. Remember that first aid is given to those who are choking, who have profuse external bleeding, a penetrating wound to the chest or abdomen, who are unconscious or in serious condition. We will not tell you how closed (indirect) cardiac massage is performed, but we will briefly describe what needs to be done in case of a fracture, bleeding or other injuries.
