Despite the fact that Art. 134 is called “Sexual intercourse and other actions of a sexual nature with a person under the age of sixteen”; these other actions (for example, oral or anal sex) are condemned under Art. 135 of the Criminal Code (“Depraved acts”).
When considering such cases, obstetric and gynecological examinations are appointed (see paragraphs 70 - 70.23.5 of Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated May 12, 2010 N 346n), which establish physical development, physique, fatness, height, pelvic size and other anthropometric data , the presence of developmental defects, the ability to copulate and conceive, etc. The specifics of the procedure for conducting examinations of male persons are defined in clauses 71-71.13.18 of the Order. In particular, general anthropometric indicators, physical development, ability for sexual intercourse and fertilization, etc. are established.
Precautionary measures
- If your period started quite early and you are drawn to sex, the risk of pregnancy cannot be ruled out, so protection during contact will not be superfluous. The most reliable means is a condom. It will protect against infections, sexual diseases and unwanted pregnancy.
- At the time of the first sexual intercourse, severe pain may be noted if the girl is nervous and very tense. Therefore, you should not start sex if there is not enough arousal, and this is signaled by vaginal discharge - natural lubrication.
