- I am 68 years old. Now I continue to work and at the same time receive a pension. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, our company is on the verge of closure. Therefore, in the near future we will either be laid off, or we will have to write a statement of our own free will. Am I entitled to any benefits upon dismissal as a pensioner?
– Upon dismissal, a pensioner is entitled to some additional benefits in the form of the possibility of terminating the employment contract on an expedited basis and receiving financial payments.
