How to write a vacation application
The document is prepared personally by the employee in accordance with the form established by the organization. In the application for annual paid leave, the vacation schedule is indicated as a basis (if the employee is granted only part of the vacation, this should be indicated in the application).
Providing employees of an organization with vacations of any type and varying duration must be formalized on the basis of a written application containing a corresponding request. Is it possible to take vacation in parts?
The intention to use only part of the vacation period is provided for in Art.
125 Labor Code of the Russian Federation. In accordance with its provisions, annual leave can be divided into two or more periods, as agreed between the employer and employee. There is only one important limitation - the duration of any one of the parts should not be less than two weeks (14 calendar days) . The use of other rest days is not regulated by law. For example, to offset unused vacation time, an employee can take another week or take one or more days off.
It happens that at some enterprises the administration itself forces the staff to take only a certain number of days from vacation. This is possible only with the approval of the employee himself. Otherwise, there will be a violation of labor laws. In turn, it may entail administrative liability.

How to write an application for vacation 2019-2019
So, if you answer the question of how to write an application for leave in connection with your studies, it should be said that its type will correspond to the standard form of an application for leave, only the main text will be different. And lastly, holidays are not considered vacation days, since you are required by law to rest on these days. This means that if there are holidays on vacation, they are not considered vacation days. No one obliges the employer to provide all 28 vacation days at once, but! One of the parts must be a minimum of 14 days of vacation. This means that this vacation application form will come in handy for you.
About dividing vacation into parts
In general, the duration of the annual basic paid leave is 28 calendar days (Part 1 of Article 115 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). But this does not mean that the employee must use 28 consecutive days each year. Moreover, the one-time use of vacation is usually not practiced and is not encouraged by either the employer or the employee himself.
Usually vacation is divided into parts. Which ones are determined by agreement of the parties to the employment contract. The main thing is that at least one part of the vacation is at least 14 calendar days (Part 1 of Article 125 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). For example, an employee uses 14 consecutive days during the year, and the remaining 14 days, by agreement with the employer, can be used at least 14 times for 1 calendar day or in any other combination.
It turns out that when submitting an application to postpone the vacation to another period, the employee, with the consent of the employer, can simultaneously break it into parts. The main thing is that at least one part of the vacation is at least 2 weeks in a row.
Will the employer be held liable if the vacation was divided into parts involuntarily and the employee was unable to take 14 consecutive days off during the year? Suppose, according to the vacation schedule, the employee had to rest for 7 days, 7 days and 14 days. The employee used the first 2 vacations of 7 days each. And during the third part of the 14-day vacation, the employee fell ill and asked to postpone the rest of the vacation, during which the illness occurred, to another time. The employer cannot refuse this.
