It is much easier to organize communications with banks than to maintain your own financial accounting. Sberbank, as the largest and most famous bank in Russia, is the main acceptor of payments for all kinds of state duties, private duties and fines. However, in order to use the services of Sberbank in this area, it is not at all necessary to visit a branch of the bank itself. You can transfer payment of the duty to Sberbank in three ways:
- online, i.e. via the Internet. You can pay any private duty or state duty online on the Sberbank website by visiting your personal account and using a special function. You can also type in Google the institution to which the payment is intended (today any authority has its own online representation);
- the fee can be paid through Sberbank payment terminals and ATMs using a Sberbank plastic card (in this option payment will be non-cash);
- terminals and ATMs also accept cash.
Details of using Sberbank Online
It is worth considering each method in more detail, separately. If the client has an online payment service connected, there should be no problems on the Sberbank website. Sberbank does not have the right to charge a commission when debiting money from your own card. However, if the “plastic” belongs to another bank, then commissions are possible. Their size depends on the bank, the duty (fine) and the amount of payment. The court, traffic police, registry office and other government bodies have recently introduced a function on their online resources through which you can pay a fee or state fee directly on these resources.
Only if, when depositing money on the Sberbank website, you will have to indicate the addressee’s details, then on the website of some court you will need to indicate the card number (sometimes bank details may be required). Details can be found at any branch of a financial institution or in a call center (for Sberbank this is number 8 800 555 550), or in the corresponding section of the bank’s website. It is best to take complete details printed on separate paper when visiting a bank branch (you need the card itself and a passport).
In general, to use, you will need a password and a client ID. It is much easier to pay those who have an active Sberbank card. Then, through any Sberbank terminal, by inserting a card and typing the PIN code, you can easily obtain this information (section “Internet service”, footnote “Identifier and password”). A call center can also help here. Finally, when connected, send an SMS “Parol NNNN” to number 900. A password and ID will be sent with the return SMS. And do not forget to receive a list of one-time passwords through the same terminal, each of which will be needed to pay for one transaction (in the terminal, section “Internet service”, footnote “Print of one-time passwords”).
Advantages of payment terminals
Why is it better to pay through ATMs and terminals? Answers:
- there is no need to connect any additional functions of a bank card - each client can pay a fine or fee through the terminal, even regardless of whether he is a bank card holder or not (cash is accepted for this purpose);
- there is no unnecessary fuss with documents (a passport, for example, is not required);
- terminals and ATMs are present in almost all public places - the same government agencies, banks, shopping centers, supermarkets, etc., which makes access to them as easy as possible, because there are also queues due to the prevalence of terminals and ATMs, as well as due to the unification there are almost no terminals between different banks;
- terminals and ATMs support a wide range of services that they provide in mobile mode;
- commissions in terminals and ATMs are either absent or their size is minimal;
- usually work around the clock;
- terminals and ATMs guarantee the reliability of all transactions, since payment acts are registered in an electronic database, plus a check (receipt) for payment is issued to the client.

Otherwise, you will have to get a divorce through the court. Many women are concerned about the question of whether it is possible to file for divorce through government services on their own, without the participation of their other half. Unfortunately, it's not possible.
Theoretically, if spouses are far from each other and they do not have the opportunity to visit the registry office together, a remote divorce is possible.
This applies to cases where none of the spouses is against divorce and a court decision is not required (there are no minor children, property conflicts, etc.).
But even in this case, it will not be possible to file a divorce completely on your own without involving your husband. After all, divorce is carried out on the basis of a joint application of the couple.
You can apply for divorce through Gosuslugi only if you plan to get a divorce through the registry office, but unilateral divorces are considered only in court.
First, you will have to go through a court hearing, and only after it, if the decision is in favor of divorce, will you be able to fill out an application on the State Services so that you will be issued a divorce certificate.
If for some reason the spouse is far away and cannot appear to file the divorce, but agrees to it, you can issue and notarize a power of attorney for someone (for example, his parents) who could file the application on his behalf.
In case of conflicts in a couple or if there are minor children, when a court decision is required for divorce, it is also possible to divorce remotely.
To do this, you should contact a divorce company or a qualified lawyer who will represent your interests in court in your absence, which will save you from having to attend a court hearing.
Payment via mobile application
Payment for divorce through the Sberbank Online mobile application is practically no different from the procedure carried out on the official website.
You will need to log into the application using your username and password, and after that:
- select “Payments and transfers”;
- click on the “State fees” option;
- enter the required details of the organization, add the purpose of payment;
- register passport details, TIN and other information;
- select a card for debiting funds (it must be linked in Sberbank Online);
- Confirm the operation using the code sent via SMS.
Please note that in any case, you will need to provide a receipt for payment of the state fee for divorce to the authority along with a package of documentation. If the payment was made via a smartphone, printing a receipt can become a significant problem.
What to do next
After you have filed an application for divorce, you must pay a state fee in order for it to be considered by the civil registry office. This can be done through the bank, or you can do it there, on the State Services portal.
The fee is charged to both divorcees and amounts to 400 rubles each, but if one of the spouses is missing, incapacitated or in prison, the state fee will be only 200 rubles , and only the one who submits the application will need to pay it.
To pay the state fee using the State Services website, go to the “Documents” tab in the divorce services section, indicate your name, registration address and payment amount there.
After this, the system will issue you a receipt electronically. You will need to either pay it online or print it out and take it to the bank for payment.
One month after the paper version of the application is signed, you and your spouse will be given two copies of the divorce certificate. They are received at the place of residence or at the place of marriage registration.
The certificate indicates the names of the divorced persons, what surname will be assigned to each of them after the divorce, when the dissolution of the marriage occurred and the certificate was issued.
In this case, the marriage certificate remains with you, and although it is no longer valid, it can still be useful to a woman who has changed her last name to confirm her own identity.
After going through all these procedures, you will finally be able to officially confirm your new social status - “divorced.” At the beginning of the journey, it may seem difficult and take a lot of time and effort. There is no point in arguing with this, it really is so.
