Becoming the happy owner of a car is certainly a joyful fact, but not enough to be a full-fledged participant in the movement. The vehicle must be registered or a change of ownership must be declared.
To do this, a special application is submitted to the traffic police, which often raises many questions for inexperienced drivers. Where can I get an application to register a car?
It would seem that in the digital age, what could be simpler - find a standard form on the official website of the traffic police, download and fill out. However, for some unknown reason, the portal offers two different forms in different places. There are no differences in the information they contain, but the layout of the data in one case is a three-page form, while in the second two pages are sufficient (one sheet on both sides).
When in doubt, it is necessary to refer to regulations. The application form for registration of motor vehicles is approved by the Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, dedicated to issues of state registration and deregistration of cars and other equipment. The application is specified in Appendix 1 to these regulations.
Unfortunately, “specified” is too strong a word. No, all the necessary information is in the regulatory legal acts. But again, the layout of the data in this sample does not make it possible to understand how many sheets the application form for vehicle registration is placed on.
